Walking above Finikounda

Went on another new walk last weekend, researched and led by a friend who lives just outside Finikounda. We walked uphill to Vlasaika, where we had lunch outside the church, and along to Zizani, where there is one of the most ‘typical’ kafeneon’s around. After a drinks stop here, we headed down the lovely valley into Grizokambos, and back into Finikounda for a coffee on the seafront. We did 17.9 kilometers in four hours, twenty minutes, with an average speed of 4.2 kilometers per hour.
