On Location – To Limenaki Taverna

I thought this huge, open-air taverna would make a nice, new venue for on loco….

There was tons of shade both in the taverna and under the beach-brollies…

Even the car park was a picturesque choice, (until someone parked right in front of the models that is!)

A great place to have a go at sketching chairs and tables….and the Russian boat….

and a slightly smaller, rather tattier, beached boat made a good choice….

The sunloungers didn’t move, but the brollies and flowers were blowing in the strong breeze…

There were tons of pretty potted plants to draw….

and several people stuck to pencil studies today….

whilst others tried out various pens….

It’s great to see people trying different media….

and gaining confidence with each drawing they undertake….

Not everyone could settle, but the drawing muscles were exercised nontheless…

Well done everyone – good work today.

The morning was rounded off with a delicious spot of lunch in the taverna….Fab.
