On Location in Koroni Monastery

Our location this week was the Monastery grounds in Koroni. Selecting a shady spot, we spent a while on some warm ups, including scribbly drawings….

and drawing with our non-dominant hand…

These were great fun for us, but were a bit of a surprise to the passing tourists who glanced at our artwork!

then we got down to some ‘serious’ sketching……

selecting viewpoints both in and out of the sun….

the four hours flew by and before we knew it, it was time to regroup and view the fruits of the morning’s labours…

here’s some….

and some more….

and some more….

As usual, there was some lovely drawing and painting, and a great variety of style, approach and choice of subject matter and composition….

Fabulous work everyone – very well done indeed.
