More Translucent Collage

I’ve been playing around a bit more with translucent collage……I love the rich colours, fragility, layering and speed of it…

It’s quick and messy and the process makes it easy to switch off the left brain….

It’s also more than a little bit addictive….

So I’ll be teaching my new favourite thing in a one day collage workshop in June…..

I love the fact that, as well as producing an attractive collage piece, this method produces fabric-like plasticy-paper that looks especially great when back-lit, making it fabulous for covering lampshades and lamps.
