Starting to Draw

A new four-week course in which we go back to basics and cover the fundamentals of observational drawing. Intended for complete beginners, this workshop is also useful for those wanting to brush up on basic drawing skills.

Colourful Collage Floral Paintings

An introduction to Monoprinting on the Geli Plate

• Four Friday Mornings from 7th -28th February
• Fridays: 10am – 1.30pm
• €60 includes materials and coffee/biscuits

Monoprinting is A LOT of Fun! It’s a simple and highly addictive process which offers endless scope for experimentation and development.  Over the four weeks, I will demonstrate several different ways of working with a gel plate to create colourful, multi-layered images on paper.

The Watercolour Sketchbook

• Four mornings from 12th February to 4th March
• Wednesdays: 10am – 1.30pm
• €60 includes all art materials & coffee/biscuits

A new four-week course in which we will build on the drawing skills learnt in the previous course whilst introducing the use of watercolour paint. Using watercolours in your sketchbook opens up an exciting new world of possibilities… In this workshop you will start to combine colourful watercolour with your line drawings whilst recording scenes from your everyday life and environment.
