Getting Sticky…week two!

A different approach to collage was tackled this week. We applied tissue paper and strips of our lovely hand-decorated papers to a cardboard ground….

This was a bit of a sticky business, but produced some nice results…..

The tissue paper wrinkles beautifully, and can then be dry-brushed with acrylic paint to accentuate the ridges…….

We also started off some ink-jet print transfers…..to be finished off at home when they have dried……

A good morning’s work everyone – as usual the time flew by in a flurry of paper, blue and paint….Well Done!
