Another popular Acrylic Painting Introductory Course began yesterday, taught by the lovely Jackie Sherwood…

Here, some of the students are starting by blocking in large areas of colour….

And here are their paintings at the end of the first morning….

By the end of the session, most had completed their initial blocking in…

and some had started the enjoyable process of drawing into their paintings with ink-on-a-stick…

Some paintings look almost finished….

and others are still taking shape….

It’s a fascinating process – and not as easy as these guys make it look!  Great work everyone – well done indeed. Many thanks Jackie for all your hard work and patience.
